Pressure Surface Helmets by Composite

For work in toxic, non-breathable or high-pressure environments, we use top-quality breathing helmets DSL A-2Air from Swiss manufacturer COMPOSITE Beat Engel. 

These helmets are ideal for service work and repairs on the stamping head of TBM tunnel boring machines, whether performed in a normal atmosphere or under elevated pressure.

As the only certified COMPOSITE dealers, trainers, and service center in Central Europe, we offer companies a complete turnkey solution, including expert personnel selection and training.

DSL A-2Air

  • Internal face mask allows to keep the maximum residual CO2 at 0.02%
  • Helmet has 3 independent breathing circuits and a separate front visor defogging system
  • Safety is ensured by a double sealing system over the inner face mask and a neoprene neckpiece
  • Provides excellent wearing comfort
  • Easy to maintain and service

  • Suitable for for works on surface in nitrogen filled rooms, other toxic and unbreathable environments
